 Late fees will be assessed as follows: Two weeks after invoice date 5% is added, three weeks after invoice date 10% is added, and 4 weeks after invoice date 15%  is added to the invoice. If payment in full has not been received 6 weeks after invoice date a lien will be placed on the property and we will receive payment when the property is sold.

Bayou City Fence will repair gates and fence issues due to poor workmanship for a period of 1 year.  This does not in any way include material.  Most metal material comes with a manufacturer's warranty, and all natural products come with Mother Nature's warranty.  Unfortunately, Mother Nature's warranty is completely out of our control just as her material is.  All material is graded with a number system, and this number is reflected in your estimate.  If your material does not meet the quoted number grade, we will replace it.  Please be knowledgeable of acceptable defects for the lumber grade you have agreed and requested we install for you.  We will not replace lumber that fits within the grade you requested.
